Located in the heart of New York City on Park Avenue South, the New York office has a long history of design, practice, and environmental leadership in the Northeast and beyond. Established in 1951, the office now has 150 professionals working in a open, collaborative, and innovative workspace that recently received a LEED-CI Gold rating. A truly integrated design practice, the New York staff works across all six of the firm's market sectors and all five of its disciplines. The office has recently expanded its strength in sustainable healthcare and educational design with the addition of Guenther 5 Architects (2007), and in urban design and planning with the addition of SMWM (2008).
